WASHINGTON, June 24 -- Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., has introduced legislation (S. 4457) to "protect children from medical malpractice in the form of gender transition procedures."
The bill was introduced on June 22 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Steve Daines, R-Mont., Marco Rubio, R-Fla., Josh Hawley, R-Mo., and James Lankford, R-Okla. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
