WASHINGTON, June 24 -- Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, has introduced legislation (S. 4456) to "prohibit certain former employees of the intelligence community from providing certain services to governments of countries that are state sponsors of terrorism, the People's Republic of China, and the Russian Federation."
The bill was introduced on June 22 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Angus S. King Jr., I-Maine, Ben Sasse, R-Neb., and Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y. It was referred to the Senate . . .
