WASHINGTON, June 24 -- Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyo., has introduced legislation (S. 4451) to "provide that certain policy statements of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission shall have no force or effect unless certain conditions are met."
The bill was introduced on June 22 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Steve Daines, R-Mont., Roger Marshall, R-Kan., James Lankford, R-Okla., and Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va. It was referred to the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
