WASHINGTON, June 24 -- Sen. Robert Casey Jr., D-Pa., has introduced legislation (S. 4443) to "amend title IV of the Social Security Act to require States to provide information about available benefits and services to kinship caregivers."
The bill was introduced on June 22 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Todd Young, R-Ind., Tim Scott, R-S.C., and Mark Kelly, D-Ariz. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
