WASHINGTON, May 26 -- Sen. Maria Cantwell, D-Wash., has introduced legislation (S. 4293) to "prevent unfair and deceptive acts or practices and the dissemination of false information related to pharmacy benefit management services for prescription drugs."
The bill was introduced on May 24 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa. It was referred to the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee.
