WASHINGTON, May 26 -- The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs announced that it expects to award up to four grants for countering wildlife trafficking in South and Southeast Asia.
The agency description of the grant states: "Wildlife trafficking and environmental crimes are lucrative forms of transnational organized crime (TOC) that continue to decimate species populations, driving endangered species such as elephants, rhinos, pan . . .
