WASHINGTON, Dec. 7 -- The U.S. Department of State announced that it expects to award a cooperative agreement for programs to combat COVID-19.
The agency description of the grant states: "The U.S. Embassy and Consulates in Canada invites proposals from non-governmental organizations, think tanks, government institutions, academic institutions, and individuals for programs that strengthen the bilateral ties between the United States and Canada and support the Roadmap for a Renewed U. . . .
