WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 -- Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, has introduced legislation (S. 3310) to "direct the Secretary of Defense to develop a plan to establish the Minority Institute for Defense Research."
The bill was introduced on Dec. 2. It was referred to the Senate Armed Services Committee.
