WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 -- Sen. Mark Kelly, D-Ariz., has introduced legislation (S. 3308) to "authorize the Colorado River Indian Tribes to enter into lease or exchange agreements and storage agreements relating to water of the Colorado River allocated to the Colorado River Indian Tribes."
The bill was introduced on Dec. 2 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, D-Ariz. It was referred to the Senate Indian Affairs Committee.
