WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., has introduced legislation (S. 3301) to "prohibit discrimination on the basis of mental or physical disability in cases of organ transplants."
The bill was introduced on Dec. 2 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Margaret Wood Hassan, D-N.H. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
