WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Institute of Food and Agriculture announced that it expects to award grants for programs to support extension outreach on federally recognized Indian reservations and tribal jurisdictions.
The agency description of the grant states: "This program seeks to continue the Land Grants mission of inclusion - providing education and research-based knowledge to those who might not otherwise receive it."
