WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 -- The National Science Foundation announced that it expects to award up to 30 grants for the enhancement of social, behavioral and economic science research and capacity at minority-serving institutions.

The agency description of the grant states: "Build and Broaden 3.0 (B2 3.0) supports fundamental research at minority-serving institutions (MSIs) and encourages research collaborations with scholars at MSIs. Growing the science, technology, engineering, and mathe . . .
