WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 -- Sen. Tina Smith, D-Minn., has introduced legislation (S. 3295) to "increase access to pre-exposure prophylaxis to reduce the transmission of HIV."
The bill was introduced on Dec. 1 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
