WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 -- Sen. Gary Peters, D-Mich., has introduced legislation (S. 3289) to "amend the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 to require the Director of the Office of Management and Budget and the Secretary of the Treasury to track and disclose funding and outlays relating to disasters and emergencies on a centralized website."
