WASHINGTON, Dec. 4 -- The U.S. Department of State announced that it expects to award a cooperative agreement for the management of a Russian-language television content project in Moldova.
The agency description of the cooperative agreement states: "The U.S. Embassy in Moldova seeks a qualified implementing organization that will manage the project entitled "Russian-language Television Content Fund" and will ensure the achievement of the program activities and objectives described . . .
