WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 -- The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs announced that it expects to award a grant or cooperative agreement for projects to counter terrorism and address transnational crime in in Turkey.
The agency description of the grant/cooperative agreement states: "U.S. Mission Turkey announces its country-wide grants program. Funding is available to support projects that address one or more of the following key bilateral themes:
