WASHINGTON, Dec. 2 -- Sen. Mark Kelly, D-Ariz., has introduced legislation (S. 3282) to "amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act to authorize grants for smart water infrastructure technology."
The bill was introduced on Nov. 30 and was co-sponsored by Sen. James Risch, R-Idaho. It was referred to the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee.
