WASHINGTON, Dec. 2 -- Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., has introduced legislation (S. 3281) to "amend the Bill Emerson Good Samaritan Food Donation Act to clarify and expand food donation."
The bill was introduced on Nov. 30 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Patrick Toomey, R-Pa. It was referred to the Senate Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry Committee.
