WASHINGTON, Dec. 2 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., has introduced legislation (S. 3279) to "extend duty-free treatment provided with respect to imports from Haiti under the Caribbean Basin Economic Recovery Act."
The bill was introduced on Nov. 30 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Bill Cassidy, R-La. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
