Sen. Cortez Masto Introduces Bill on VA Educational Assistance Programs


WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 -- Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto, D-Nev., has introduced legislation (S. 3247) to "extend certain expiring provisions of law relating to benefits provided under Department of Veterans Affairs educational assistance programs during COVID-19 pandemic."

The bill was introduced on Nov. 18 and has six co-sponsors. Co-sponsors include Sens. Jon Tester, D-Mont., Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., Jacky Rosen, D-Nev., Mazie K. Hirono, D-Hawaii, Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, and Mark Ke . . .
