WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 -- Sen. Robert Casey Jr., D-Pa., has introduced legislation (S. 3232) to "require the Consumer Product Safety Commission to promulgate a consumer product safety rule for freestanding clothing storage units to protect children from tip-over related death or injury."
The bill was introduced on Nov. 18 and has 12 co-sponsors. Co-sponsors include Sens. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., Tom Cotton, R-Ark., Edward J. Markey, D-Mass., Catherine Cortez . . .
