WASHINGTON, Sept. 22 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., has introduced legislation (S. 2764) to "amend title II of the Social Security Act to make available parental leave benefits to parents following the birth or adoption of a child."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 20 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Mitt Romney, R-Utah. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
