WASHINGTON, June 15 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' National Institutes of Health announced that it expects to award up to eight grants for the promotion of basic understanding of chemical threats to skin.
The estimated total program funding available was cited as $2.5 million with a ceiling of $225,000.
