WASHINGTON, June 15 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's Bureau of Justice Statistics announced that it intends to award a $1 million cooperative agreement to Westat of Rockville, Maryland, for the administration of a national inmate survey.
The agency description of the cooperative agreement states: "The U.S. Department of Justice(DOJ),Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS)is seeking applications to obtain a collection agent through a cooperative agreem . . .
