WASHINGTON, June 13 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., has introduced legislation (S. 2034) to amend the Small Business Act "to require that consumer reporting agencies and other credit reporting companies provide certain protections to small businesses."
The bill was introduced on June 10 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Christopher Coons, D-Del., John Kennedy, R-La., and Raphael G. Warnock, D-Ga. It was referred to the Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee.
