WASHINGTON, June 12 -- Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., has introduced legislation (S. 2030) to "declare that any agreement reached by the President relating to the nuclear program of Iran is deemed a treaty that is subject to the advice and consent of the Senate."
The bill was introduced on June 10 and has 19 co-sponsors. Co-sponsors include Sens. James Risch, R-Idaho, John Barrasso, R-Wyo., Ted Cruz, R-Texas, Marco Rubio, R-Fla., Mike Braun, R-Ind., Tom Cotton, R-Ark., Mike Crapo, R-Idah . . .
