WASHINGTON, June 12 -- Sen. Rob Portman, R-Ohio, has introduced legislation (S. 2026) to "authorize appropriations for the Global Engagement Center of the Department of State."
The bill was introduced on June 10 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Christopher S. Murphy, D-Conn. It was referred to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
