WASHINGTON, June 12 -- Sen. Jack Reed, D-R.I., has introduced legislation (S. 2008) to "strengthen the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness."
The bill was introduced on June 10 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Susan M. Collins, R-Maine, Chris Van Hollen, D-Md., Catherine Cortez Masto, D-Nev., and Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn. It was referred to the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee.
