WASHINGTON, June 12 -- Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., has introduced legislation (S. 2006) to amend the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act "to establish an exception to jurisdictional immunity for a foreign state that discharges a biological weapon."
The bill was introduced on June 10. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
