WASHINGTON, June 12 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., has introduced legislation (S. 2003) to "authorize appropriations for the Department of State for fiscal years 2021 through 2023 to provide assistance to El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras through bilateral compacts to increase protection of women and children in their homes and communities and reduce female homicides, domestic violence, and sexual assault."
