WASHINGTON, June 11 -- Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., has introduced legislation (S. 1999) to amend title 23, U.S. Code, "to authorize the use of certain Federal funds for multiple substance impaired driving countermeasures."
The bill was introduced on June 9 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, D-Ariz. It was referred to the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee.
