WASHINGTON, June 11 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., has introduced legislation (S. 1988) to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act "to protect access to telehealth services under the Medicare program."
The bill was introduced on June 9 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Joni Ernst, R-Iowa, Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H., and Jerry Moran, R-Kan. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
