WASHINGTON, June 11 -- Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., has introduced legislation (S. 1986) to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act and the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 "to expand and expedite access to cardiac rehabilitation programs and pulmonary rehabilitation programs under the Medicare program."
The bill was introduced on June 9 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
