ALBANY, New York, June 8 -- Albany mayoral candidate Alicia Purdy joined Albany residents as well as Albany city and county leadership to commemorate the 105th anniversary of the enlistment of Henry Johnson into the all-Black 369th U.S. Army Infantry Regiment during World War I.
