WASHINGTON, May 12 -- Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., has introduced legislation (S. 1532) to "provide a work opportunity tax credit for military spouses and to provide for flexible spending arrangements for childcare services for uniformed services families."
The bill was introduced on May 10 and was co-sponsored by Sens. John Boozman, R-Ark., and Thom Tillis, R-N.C. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
