WASHINGTON, April 23 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Administration for Children and Families announced that it expects to award up to 34 grants for street-based services to runaway and homeless youth.
The agency description of the grant states: "The Administration for Children and Families, Administration on Children, Youth and Families' Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB) announces the availability of funds under the Street Outreach Program.
