WASHINGTON, April 13 -- The U.S. Department of State announced that it expects to award up to 15 grants for HIV monitoring in Nigeria.
The agency description of the grant states: "U.S. Embassy Nigeria/PEPFAR Coordination Office of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for organizations to apply to carry out a Community-Led Monitoring Program (CLM). CLM is a community initiated, client-centered, evidence-based approach to facilitate continuous and convenient acce . . .
