WASHINGTON, March 27 -- Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J., has introduced legislation (S. 992) to amend title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 "to require institutions of higher education that participate in programs under such title to distribute voter registration forms to students enrolled at the institution."
The bill was introduced on March 25 and has six co-sponsors. Co-sponsors include Sens. Richard J. Durbin, D-Ill., Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., Richard B . . .
