WASHINGTON, March 4 -- The Environmental Protection Agency announced that it expects to award up to 20 cooperative agreements for the Environmental Justice Collaborative Problem-Solving Program.
The agency description of the cooperative agreement states: "The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is working to improve the environment and public health conditions of low-income communities and communities of color through the advancement of racial equity and environmental justice . . .
