WASHINGTON, March 4 -- The U.S. Department of State announced that it expects to award a grant for a hackathon event to improve air quality in India.

The agency description of the grant states: "The Air Quality Hackathon will bring together (20) teams, (3) participants per group from across India to brainstorm for two days and find practical solutions to improve air quality. The solutions will be shared and implemented to the extent possible during a follow-on campaign with school c . . .
