WASHINGTON, March 4 -- The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation announced that it expects to award up to 10 cooperative agreements for the prevention of illicit weapon of mass destruction and ballistic missile proliferation.
The agency description of the cooperative agreement states: "The EXBS Program Mission is to enhance U.S. national security by preventing proliferation of WMD and illicit trade in conventional weapons, and to strengthen . . .
