WASHINGTON, March 3 -- Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H., has introduced legislation (S. 499) to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 "to expand eligibility for the refundable credit for coverage under a qualified health plan, to improve cost-sharing subsidies under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act."
