WASHINGTON, March 2 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Administration for Community Living announced that it expects to award a cooperative agreement for the operation of the National Long-Term Care Ombudsman Resource Center.
The agency description of the cooperative agreement states: "The award is a cooperative agreement because ACL will be involved substantially in the project. The cooperative agreement will provide for training, technical assistance and support . . .
