WASHINGTON, March 2 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced that it expects to award up to two cooperative agreements for health information systems strengthening to improve health care and program management in Haiti under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief Initiative.
