WASHINGTON, Feb. 27 -- Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., has introduced legislation (S. 485) to "establish a grant program for family community organizations that provide support for individuals struggling with substance use disorder and their families."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 25 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
