WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- Sen. Richard J. Durbin, D-Ill., has introduced legislation (S. 473) to amend the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act "to extend the subset for the definition of a small business debtor."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 25 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
