WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla., has introduced legislation (S. 459) to amend the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 and the Help America Vote Act of 2002 "to promote integrity in voter registration, the casting of ballots, and the tabulation of ballots in elections for Federal office."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 25 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Cindy Hyde-Smith, R-Miss., John Barrasso, R-Wyo., and Cynthia M. Lummis, R-Wyo. It was referred to the Senate Rule . . .
