WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- Sen. Jon Tester, D-Mont., has introduced legislation (S. 458) to amend title 38, U.S. Code, "to require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide the representative of record of a claimant for compensation or benefits administered by the Secretary an opportunity to review a proposed determination regarding that claim."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 25 and has 23 co-sponsors. Co-sponsors include Sens. John Boozman, R-Ark., Mazie K. Hirono, D-Hawaii, Jeanne . . .
