WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., has introduced legislation (S. 451) to "require the Secretary of Commerce, acting through the Director of the National Institute of Standards and Technology, to help facilitate the adoption of composite technology in infrastructure in the U.S."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 25 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Gary Peters, D-Mich. It was referred to the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee.
