WASHINGTON, Feb. 26 -- Sen. Benjamin Cardin, D-Md., has introduced legislation (S. 448) to amend title XXI of the Social Security Act "to prohibit lifetime or annual limits on dental coverage under the Children's Health Insurance Program, and to require wraparound coverage of dental services for certain children under such program."
The bill was introduced on Feb. 25 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Debbie Stabenow, D-Mich. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
